Anne Bourrassé is an independent curator, art critic and cultural worker. She works at the intersection of the visual arts and the humanities. Her curatorial work and research explore contemporary societal concerns. She defends a collective, committed and inclusive approach to contemporary art.
She initiates and develops artistic projects.
She is director of exhibitions, artistic programming and artists' studios at the Consulat Voltaire cultural center in Paris (2021-2023). She is a regular speaker and jury member in the contemporary art network in France and abroad. She holds degrees in Photography and Video from the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs de Paris and Sciences Po Paris, and studied at Cornell University, USA.
She was awarded the Bourse Émergence by ADIAF in 2023 for her career as a curator and art critic.
